Hello, I'm Liz Tobin

I have over 20 years’ experience working as a mental health and wellbeing consultant, facilitator, coach and meditation teacher. This work has allowed me to work with many of Australia’s leading organisations, providing me with unique insights into workplace stress, and the often complex dynamics at play contributing to this.


I believe with the right strategies, resources and supports we all have the capacity to make sustainable changes to reduce stress and flourish in all areas of our lives.
