Hello and welcome

I’m Liz, a mental health and wellbeing consultant, facilitator, coach and meditation teacher, here to support individuals and organisations in learning how to reduce stress and increase their vitality and energy, so they can enjoy more calm, clarity and joy.

I’ve always been fascinated by human behaviour, especially the role stress plays in influencing our mood, emotions and behaviours. I’ve spent much of my career learning how stress can derail our wellbeing, increasing the risk of anxiety, depression, burnout and chronic illness (amongst other things). These conditions often lead to profound pain, loss and heartache.

I’m curious about how we can reduce the impact of stress, to improve our mental health and wellbeing.

I believe, that with the right strategies, resources and supports we all have the capacity to make sustainable changes to reduce stress, and flourish in all areas of our lives.

My approach is informed by evidence, current research, and over 20 years’ experience working as a mental health and wellbeing consultant. This work has allowed me to work with many of Australia’s leading organisations, including not-for-profits, professional services and government agencies, providing me with unique insights into workplace stress, and the often complex dynamics at play contributing to this.

I love working with individuals and organisations to help them adopt new thinking and practices to enhance their wellbeing. I feel privileged to do this work.

I acknowledge the Wurundjeri people who are the Traditional Custodians of the land on which I live and work. I would also like to pay my respects to the Elders both past and present of the Kulin Nation and extend that respect to other indigenous Australians.
